Private physiotherapy

Move well again, with one dedicated physio who knows your story from day one.

How the Pod works

A dedicated, single-practitioner clinic designed around personal care. You see Alex Gibson at every appointment, receive a full hour of undivided attention, and leave with a clear understanding of your condition and a structured plan to overcome it.

  • Full 60-Minute Appointments. Thorough assessment and individualised attention, never rushed.
  • Clear, Written Action Plan. Structured guidance and exercise progressions to follow between sessions.
  • Targeted Hands-On Care & Rehab. Effective manual therapy combined with progressive exercise tailored to your goals.

Why Choose The Physio Pod?

A dedicated, 1-on-1 approach to physiotherapy. High-volume clinics often operate on rushed 20-minute slots and rotate you between different staff members. The Physio Pod is built differently: one specialist, a private functional space, and all the time needed to do the job properly.

The space

Purpose-built for active rehabilitation

The Physio Pod is a dedicated timber cabin space designed to take you seamlessly from initial assessment to full strength and movement.

Unlike traditional clinic rooms that rely solely on a treatment couch, the Pod is equipped with functional rehabilitation equipment, such as a squat rack, barbell, cables and weights. This means we can evaluate how your body handles load, test capacity accurately, and safely build up your resistance with measurable weights right in the room.

As a recreational athlete who has dealt with their fair share of injuries, I know firsthand how frustrating it is to be held back by pain. I believe that recovery starts with a thorough specialist assessment to truly understand the issue, clear and progressive evidence-based rehab, and a personalised approach targeted directly to your individual goals.”
